1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Should there be a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless stated otherwise during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic (within your country): 4–7 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

4. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Aviva Atelier currently ships worldwide.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Aviva Atelier is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may be applied once your order reaches its destination country.
All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We take great care in packaging your jewelry securely.
However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  • Include your order number and clear photos if the item is damaged.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

7. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend it.
