If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined below.
2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are available for:
- Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Orders that are not delivered within the estimated timeframe due to an issue on our end.
- Canceled orders made before the item has been shipped.
To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.aviva.atelier@gmail.com, including:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos if applicable
Refund requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Please note that refunds cannot be issued for:
- Earrings, due to hygiene reasons
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Final sale or discounted items
- Items damaged by misuse, accident, or improper care
4. REFUND PROCESS
Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
You will receive an email notification once the refund has been completed.
5. PARTIAL REFUNDS
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when:
- The product shows signs of wear or use.
- Original packaging or accessories are missing.
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
