  • You must request the return within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Final sale or discounted items

3. RETURN PROCESS

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you the return instructions and the correct shipping address.

Do not send any items back without prior approval from our team.

6. NON-COMPLIANCE

If a returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration not caused by Aviva Atelier, the return may be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
